Michel Perron

Originally from Richmond (Qc), Michel trained in Montreal, where he has made his home and career for over 30 years. His passion and calling in theatre has grown to include cabaret, musicals, film, television, animation and more.

A versatile character actor, Michel is at ease with both dramatic and comic parts, striving to bring a colourful truth to each of his roles. He has been fortunate to work with many fine actors, directors and technicians and in the past twenty years has appeared in over 40 stage productions, 55 films, 10 television series, and given life to many cartoon characters. Recognitions include: Masque Award – Best Supporting Actor: Assorted Candies (Centaur Theatre); ACTRA Award – Outstanding Voice Performance : MONSTER ALLERGY (Futurikon); Festival du Jeune Cinéma de Montréal – Best Actor: GEORGE (1992).
