At Geordie Theatre School, summer is a time for imagination, collaboration, and creative exploration.

Our Summer Camp (July 6–August 7, 2026) invites kids of all experience levels to explore the limitless possibilities of theatre and enjoy the excitement of creating a show from the ground up.

Each week of camp is a self-contained theatrical adventure with its own unique theme and creative focus. Past explorations have included clowning, storytelling, shadow puppetry, Greek mythology, mask-making, fairy tales, improv, and more. Throughout the week, campers develop performance skills and create theatrical worlds while building confidence and working together to bring an original production to life, culminating in a Friday presentation for family and friends.

Families can choose the schedule that works best for them, registering for a single week or multiple weeks. Because each week features a new theme and final performance, every session offers a fresh and distinct creative experience.

The program is offered for ages 6–9 and ages 10–12, allowing campers to learn and create alongside peers. To ensure a focused, supportive environment, participation is limited to 14 campers per week.

Camp sessions take place at two great Montréal locations, depending on the week: the Geordie PlayLab in Saint-Henri and the National Theatre School in the Plateau.
