NTS Public Classes

The NTS Public Classes aim to give everyone the opportunity to explore theatre as an art form and an instrument for social and personal change. Inspired by the excellence of the school’s core professional training programs, the NTS Public Classes teach foundational skills in acting, playwriting, and more. Classes are offered on weekday evenings at the Saint-Denis Campus, just steps away from Laurier Metro.

Led by a team of impressive local artists, the NTS Public Classes are a place where people of all ages and levels of experience can become more confident in their creative abilities and learn how to apply these skills to their future endeavours. This year’s series of public classes marks the beginning of an exciting collaboration between two Montréal theatre powerhouses – the National Theatre School of Canada and Geordie Theatre – as they join forces to bring the magic of theatre to even more people. Now EVERYONE can join in on the fun!
